These terms are a general guide for bookings made with Panchmesh Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
All bookings are subject to confirmation by Panchmesh Hospitality. The vehicle, fare, inclusions and payment terms are shared in the quotation and apply once you confirm.
The fare quoted for a trip is based on the vehicle, route and number of days. Any extra distance, waiting time or charges outside the quotation are communicated to you.
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Cancellation terms are shared along with the quotation.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings and for behaving respectfully in the vehicle. Damage caused to the vehicle may be charged.
